Support Child Abuse Prevention Programs in Seneca County

Our Early Childhood Program parents, children and staff will plant a pinwheel garden this year to raise awareness about Child Abuse Prevention. Pinwheels are the national symbol for child abuse and neglect prevention. Prevent Child Abuse New York is encouraging New Yorkers to take action to support child abuse prevention by planting a pinwheel garden and hosting educational events throughout the State during the month of April. Complimentary seed kits are available online at
Go Blue April 7, 2017 - Join this National movement and wear blue, the official color of prevention, to show your support for children. Take a selfie or group photo, post on Facebook and tag our Agency! Encourage your employer to create a Go Blue event and collect donations to support CSCAA’s programs designed to strengthen families and prevent child abuse.
We are collecting diapers, wipes, and other baby items to support families in need throughout the month of April. Organize a Diaper Drive or drop diapers off at our headquarters located at 89 York Street in Auburn or Seneca Programs site located at 23 Center Street in Waterloo. Or, stretch your dollars further and make on online donation. As a non-profit Agency, we are able to purchase diapers in bulk tax free!
Blue Sunday April 30, 2017 - JOIN 7.4 MILLION PEOPLE WHO WILL BE PRAYING ON BLUE SUNDAY APRIL 30 FOR VICTIMS OF ABUSE AND THOSE WHO RESCUE THEM. We are engaging our faith based community this April and asking parishioners to pray for the victims of child abuse and for those who rescue them.
